ACP Renewables’ goal of trusted partnership
It is the goal of ACP Renewables to build trust-based relationships with ethical Supplier Partners who follow these seven Guiding Principles. Supplier Partners are expected to cooperate with reasonable requests for information, certifications, and/or audit access. When there is a concern, the practice is to work with the Supplier Partner to try to help identify possible improvements. However, when an issue cannot be corrected or a Supplier Partner is unwilling to engage, ACP Renewables reserves the right to end the relationship.
By working closely with its Supplier Partners, ACP Renewables believes it can achieve mutual success while helping communities and the wider world thrive.
ACP Renewables guarantees confidentiality and no retaliation of any kind against anyone who reports an issue. These principles may be suspended if a person does not act in good faith or if it was otherwise required under the law.
